Jessica & Kitty

Kitty Billings

Jessica Wolff

Jessica did her first Yoga class at the age of 16 and in her late twenties, she began to fully fall in love with Yoga while attending classes at her gym. A journey of yoga learning and studying unravelled from there. She created Wild Wolf’s Yoga in Bristol in 2016 with her sister, the belief and support of her family. (This was followed 13 years of being a devoted Primary School Teacher!)

She developed a curiosity in the kitchen in her teens and slowly shed the fussy eating habits she had as a child (peanut butter and honey sandwiches were a staple). Meeting Kitty and learning Ayurvedic healing has been a beautiful part of her journey in nourishing the body and mind.

Jessica created The Wild Box: Yoga & Movement studio in Bristol, partnered with Sweat Box Gym. The Wild Box would never be what it is without the wonderful healing space that was Wild Wolf’s Yoga (closed physical doors in 2020 and then online doors closed in 2022).

One of her favourite Yoga teachers called her ‘the queen of cosy’ and she has an eye for detail and creating spaces where people find comfort.

Jessica is based in Bristol at The Wild Box, facilitating retreats with Kitty in Cornwall and beyond. She teaches many styles of yoga and is currently loving guiding Barre classes and teaching Pilates-inspired sessions.

Kitty has lived a life infused with Yoga since she was a young teenager, she established the foundations for this moving art after being introduced to the practice by her mother. While studying a degree in Public Health she found herself adopting a regular practice of meditation through Arhatic Yoga and Pranic Healing. At the same time she discovered the dynamic Ashtanga Yoga practice and moved deeply into the Mysore form.

She is committed to engaging in nourishing work for the soul and finds herself collaborating with like-minded souls who are equally dedicated to well-being as she is. Kitty considers herself a constant student, embracing knowledge and wisdom through regular daily practices. On and off the mat, Kitty wishes to share a path full of humility, acceptance and joy.

Kitty has explored several Ayurvedic therapy (Panchakarma) centres throughout the globe and has observed many methods of healing. Kitty’s passion is to share this knowledge of Ayurveda, Yoga and meditation she offers one-on-one Ayurvedic lifestyle consults.

Kitty is based in Cornwall teaching in some of the studios and beaches there! She is part of Bristol School of Yoga helping to run the teacher training there.

Ayurvedic consultations can be booked with Kitty, online or in person at her clinic room in Cornwall.
