    Our approach is delicate and inquisitive. Yoga poses are where we draw our instinctual knowledge; flow with us and experience organic movement to inspire and heal.

    Continuous on-demand classes are released each month with a growing library full of slow to medium-paced yoga, restorative, yin and breath-focused practices.

    Explore Our Wild Kitchen

    A journey of health through the power of food. Learn about the principles of Ayurveda, one of the oldest healing sciences. Wild Kitchen has been a big part of our friendship and we are inspired to share our simple and delicious ideas.

    In our homes and in our day to day lives we believe in finding small sources of contentment, sweetness and fun. An object. A colour. A plant. A song or a scent. This is the landscape to discover small treasures that bring bursts of life and happiness.

    Our Nidra-esque stories are designed to bring about deep rest. These sleep stories are most potent when done just before bed.

how Our Libraries grew

In 2016 Jessica & Kitty were part of the creation of a vibrant yoga community at Wild Wolf’s Yoga in Bristol. They were both honoured and inspired to be part of the potent journey of many who found a love of yoga and a path to healing there.

In 2022 they created Wild Cove Collective, where a vibrant online community is gathering. Yoga is the initial pillar of Wild Cove. Nourishment came next. Kitty and Jessica shared the joy of nurture through food and created Wild Kitchen. Life? Well, their laughter, sorrows and little pockets of everyday life connected them deeply. They share many of the same little loves, charmed by similar small things in the everyday and Life explores this. Stories are at the heart of their teachings; storytelling unfolds in the body and they find boundless tales in movement and stillness practices. This is something unique to the teachings shared by Jessica & Kitty and something that you will discover in your wellness journey with the Collective.
